A Raku Figure with Briefcase created by Catherine Ogden. Catherine likes to think that her figures have personality and become a welcome presence in someone's life. 

Catherine works across a variety of mediums including drawing and painting but mostly she makes ceramics. Her work consists of sculpture and domestic ware.  She is inspired by the environment, figurative art, glaze making and learning new processes. She lives in Kelso, Townsville.
