Our team carefully pack your items and walk them to our local post office, so shipping costs include packaging and handling fees. Sometimes the website may incorrectly apply a postage cost, if this happens, we will contact you with the correct pricing and you can choose to pay it or have your order refunded. All due care is taken when packing and shipping items. If damaged in transit, this should be taken up with the freight carrier.
