Warren lives in Kelso and works with clay making mostly stoneware pots. He likes hand building using coils because he can work more slowly which allows his pots to develop their own form. It is this process that makes every pot different and he never knows what he’ll get until the last coil. Warren takes his inspiration from natural things like rocks and trees.
